These were crazy holidays that we spent with our best crew in a wonderful villa in Los Balcones
The villa is beautifully located, not far from the salty lake called Lago Rosa de Torrevieja
We spent most of our time by the pool, swimming and sunbathing right beside it.
We played a lot of ping-pong,
and we were also just resting.
During our stay, we often cooked for ourselves.
One day, while returning from the beach, we decided to stop for a moment at the shop to buy ONLY potatoes. All seven of us went inside, and each of us, as if in a trance, began tossing various products into the basket. At the checkout, when we saw the bill for over 100 euros, we were all in shock. We paid, and as we were leaving with bags full of shopping, one of us suddenly commented, "We were supposed to buy just potatoes, and we spent a hundred euros."
At that moment, we all shouted at once: "Potatoes! We didn't buy any potatoes!" The laughter was endless when we realised our mistake. We had to go back to the shop to finally buy those potatoes.

We also visited a small Irish pub with the beautiful name Paddy's Point Irish Bar
An interesting story related to this pub is the one about the parking:
We parked the car in the car park next to the shop, unaware that it was locked up for the night. The evening at the pub was filled with laughter, conversation, and good fun. Time passed seamlessly until it was finally time to head home. We stepped outside, only to discover that our car was locked behind a sturdy gate with a padlock. Initially, panic set in. What now? How do we get home? Then someone remembered that we had a wheel-changing key in the boot. After a brief discussion, we decided on a desperate measure – to break the padlock. The atmosphere was tense yet comical. We all stood in the darkness, trying not to draw attention to ourselves. At one point, Zosia, anxious and full of doubt, asked, "Is this legal?" Her question triggered a wave of laughter among us, easing the tension. After a few minutes of struggling with the padlock, we managed to open it. We all breathed a sigh of relief and quickly got into the car, ready to drive away. Although the situation was nerve-wracking for a moment, we still remember it with a smile on our faces. It was one of those adventures that stay in your memory forever.
