During the week spent in this beautiful city, we had the opportunity to admire its Venetian port, full of colourful boats and historic buildings. Strolling through the narrow, cobbled streets of the Old Town, we could soak in the atmosphere of the past and the charming nooks that offer numerous cafés and shops with local products.
Drone photographs reveal an extraordinary contrast between the blue Mediterranean Sea and the picturesque architecture of the city, which is simply breathtaking. Chania also boasts wonderful beaches, such as Elafonisi and Balos, which offer paradise-like conditions for relaxation.
You cannot forget about the local cuisine, which has certainly provided us with unforgettable taste experiences. Traditional tavernas serving fresh seafood, olives, cheeses, and wine make the culinary experiences in Chania exceptional.
